Envy scooter warranty
Envy scooter warranty all manufacturer faults. Apparent external damage or wilful damage, misuse or incorrect installation will not be covered by our warranty. Grip tape, Handgrips and Bearings are consumable products and are not covered under warranty unless received in a non-functioning or defective state.
Warranties on all our products can only be processed if you have proof of purchase. Please read the below warranty guidelines before submitting your warranty.
Envy scooter warranty
COMPLETES
12-month manufacturer’s warranty on hardware failure excluding wear and tear. All warranties will be void if this product is modified in any way. This includes using after-market products, poor maintenance, abuse or misuse.
ALUMINIUM BARS
Aluminium bars come with a 30-day manufacturer’s warranty*.
This will cover
- Cracking of welds
- Paint defects
This will not cover
- If bars have less than 40mm of fork tube inside the bars
- If you modify or cut your bars
- Scratching or chipping of paint
- Misuse of your bars
- Bending or cracking due to misuse or poor landing
- Apparent external damage or wilful damage, misuse or incorrect installation
Aluminium bars are a lightweight product for use by smooth and proficient riders. Landing incorrectly, throwing bars from any height or dropping will damage the bars. This is not covered by the warranty.
CHROMOLY BARS
Chromoly bars come with a 90-day manufacturer’s warranty*.
This will cover
- Bending or breaking of the bars
This will not cover:
- If bars have less than 40mm of fork tube inside the bars
- If you modify or cut your bars
- Scratching or chipping of paint
- Apparent external damage or wilful damage, misuse or incorrect installation
TITANIUM BARS
Titanium bars come with a 30-day manufacturer’s warranty*.
This will cover
- Cracking of welds
- Paint defects
This will not cover
- If bars have less than 40mm of fork tube inside the bars
- If you modify or cut your bars
- Scratching or chipping of paint
- Misuse of your bars
- Bending or cracking due to misuse or poor landing
- Apparent external damage or wilful damage, misuse or incorrect installation
CLAMPS
Our clamps are covered by a 90-day manufacturer’s warranty*.
This will cover
- Breaking of bolts and clamp body
This will not cover
- Cross threading the bolts
- Stripping of the bolt heads by using rounded-off Allen keys
- Scratching of paint or anodizing.
- Apparent external damage or wilful damage, misuse or incorrect installation
DECKS
All decks come with a 6-month manufacturer’s warranty* on the head tube.
This will cover:
- Snapping or visible cracking of the deck
- Visible paint of finish defects out of the box
- Function of the deck
This will not cover
- Any damage caused by misuse or abuse to the deck
- Scratching, fading of paint or anodizing over time
- Damage to the headset cups due to bad set-up or lack of maintenance
- Dinting of the deck down tube
- Modifications to any part of the deck, including drill holes
- Apparent external damage or willful damage, misuse or incorrect installation
Please note: Scooter decks are subject to extreme pressures and stress. To increase the life expectancy of your deck, avoid constant fly-outs (jumping to flat) and make all attempts to land smoothly, minimising the shock to the deck. All Scooter decks are prone to failure – it’s a fact, as they are constantly grinded and put under extreme pressures.
FORKS
All our Forks come with a 90-day manufacturer’s warranty*. This will cover:
- Breaking or Bending (except the axle)
This will not cover:
- Breaking or bending of the axle
- Misuse or poor set-up
- Any modifications to the fork
- Apparent external damage or wilful damage, misuse or incorrect installation
WHEELS
Our wheels come with a 90-day manufacturer’s warranty*. This will cover:
- De-hubbing of the PU tyre from the wheel core
- Ovalising the hub-bearing housing
It does not cover:
- Chunking of the wheel: Chunking is when the wheel PU breaks off in “gouges” caused by riding on rough surfaces.
- Wheel bearings
- Apparent external damage or wilful damage, misuse or incorrect installation
*The Manufacturer’s Warranty covers your product upon delivery to be free from damages, discolouration or fault. All of our products are designed, tested and produced to a high standard that is used around the world by riders of all levels from beginners to professionals.
Due to the rigorous nature of scooter riding the manufacturer warranty does not cover damages incurred by the rider including grinding of products, impact damages, heavy landings, improper setup or miss-use.
We actively promote safe riding and recommend all riders wear safety protection, maintenance the products regularly and take care when riding.

ampro skates was established in 2015 & the original store was in Ellenbrook in Perth’s northern suburbs & it moved to the Malaga Market’s complex in 2018. We are first and foremost a scooter, skate shop for skaters, in whatever form that takes, by skaters.

We are a non-franchised family business with more than 40 years of retail, mechanical and skating knowledge going back to 1973. and due to having a fully qualified mechanical technician on-site who can do most repair jobs on-site while you wait.
ampro skates stocks scooters suitable for casual riders as well as park users, both two and three-wheelers. Roller skates, inline skates & skateboards for all budgets. We stock a great range of accessories and spare parts.
Always free fitting if products are purchased from us. We’re also happy to work with you if you would like a custom build at labour free as well.
ampro skates is very safety conscious and stocks a wide variety of safety gear aimed at both the enthusiastic beginner right through to the pro skater which is always up to 20% off RRP every day.
Generally, ampro skates does not do sales as we try and give our customers the best products at the very best prices, every day causing less chance of upsetting regular customers furthermore ampro skates does not sell variety store/supermarket disposable toys or electrical products.
